1.  There is still a restriction on the speech (cannot identify students or staff)

2.  The last I heard the school committee responded by removing the public commentary section from its meetings

School board is barred from restricting speech

A Superior Court judge has barred a local school committee from
enforcing certain restrictions on speech at public meetings.
Judge Thomas P. Billings’ issued a ruling on June 5 in a case
brought by two parents of former Natick Public School students who
were stopped from expressing concerns at Natick School Committee
    meetings.
The judge said the committee’s policies restricting “improper,”
“defamatory,” “abusive” and “disruptive” comments were likely to
be found unconstitutional. He granted a preliminary injunction
prohibiting the committee from enforcing them.
The judge said individual students and staff may not be identified
    during public comments.

    Redmen, take heart!
