Think so. At the week running up to the broadcast he was originally
down for 8 hours worth (the music to cover that was sent out during
that week).
The schedule changes I'd picked up on added him for weekend 3 & 4
(which would align with what you just told me) so I sent him an
additional chunk to cover that additional 4 hours. That's 12 hours total
so he should have enough music from me to pretty much cover that. Only
reason then he might fall short is if he's not playing any of his own
choices but either way the repeated tracks should only amount to an
hour or so, not really worth worrying about.

Yes sorry it’s 3 shows (was counting last nights as a fourth ). Last
nights was the only extra one he’s done so far. So that means he has
3 left. Only next Saturday is an extra. So to clarify over the month
he will have had 2 extra shows.

So it's helpful to note he's got another one but of course I don't
know how many he's already done that were "outside" the published
schedule (if you get my drift) which ultimately means I don't know
how much more music he really needs.....

In Martin's case, I'd worked out he was on for 12 hours and was
given ~11hrs of music (we'd assumed, during the Covid broadcasts,
giving presenters 90% of the music they need, the other 10% being
filled with ads, chat and free choice, 6 minutes/hour which seems
not unreasonable).
However if people have been asked to do additional shows & I
haven't picked up on it then yes, it's entirely possible they may
be running out of music by now. If the main schedule in Dropbox
has been maintained and I get a chance I'll try and do a sense
check against the numbers I have here.
This sort of harks back to my earlier comments on the WhatsApp
group about seeing if we can improve how the schedule changes get
handled but that's a discussion for another day.
Regardless, the approach has always been if you do run out of
music, just start again from the beginning.
