Hi all,

Firstly my apologies for not making it last night, I was planning to come (I even got as far as printing an outstanding invoice to pass to Tina on Sunday) but it completely slipped my mind - I have warned about having meetings on a Monday! That said, I'm still not 100% and was feeling distinctly rubbish yesterday evening so there's a good probability I would have bailed anyway....

Enough excuses, I've had a quick catch up and taken note: There were a couple of other minor tweaks to make to the ad system, I'll add this latest request for "dormant/retired" to the list (first I need to make the list...).

Relay to the Tx site at Sarah's house: I'm proposing using a Raspberry Pi as the receiving end, it's nice and small and will work fine. To that end - Rick, I believe you borrowed a USB sound card we used to use with the old HRock O/B laptop some years back (its a small white box), I could do with that back as will want to use it for the sound feed to the transmitter. I can make the Rpi fairly robust in terms of rebooting itself if things go awry but there's really not a lot we can do in terms of redundancy if the Internet link physically drops out short of someone physically kicking everything back into life.

On Nick streaming to FB, back end of last year when I was faffing around doing some radio stuff, we used "Facebook Live" to push out a video/audio stream to a dedicated event page. That worked pretty well and is all free to set up. Not sure how it'd work or look for just audio mind....

O.K.  had a few moments spare at work this morning, attached are my
attempt at some minutes, they are DOC format so ought to be readable by
most peeps& if not, let me know&

Hope I captured everything that was said, please let me know if you can
spot any glaring omissions, I will amend and re-issue.

I reckon we stick to the headings on these minutes as our general
meeting format, might make things go smoother&..

Rgds,
