One suggestion: Let's not mention the dollar amount we're trying to raise. I
think we can raise $50,000, but given that we just had a capital campaign,
and folks might be feeling stretched, I'd prefer to have language that
invites people to make a gift, to assess their holiday spending and reduce
that as they are able, etc.
Question: Did the email go out to Lauren and Marnita? Have they responded?
This seems like a fine communication to go out now, but I wonder about
address the concerns we heard (maybe in next weeks Liberal? Or have that be
a small article that accompanies this one?)

This time I'm also copying Justin. I learned this evening that Marnita's
