Greetings Fellow Democrats,
This is a brief update of the last couple months and a quick note of
upcoming activities.
With an increase in Covid 10 cases, the library closing at 7 PM and having
sunset before 8 pm the officers have decided to suspend in person meetings
through this fall. As the 2022 election cycle gets active, we will have
opportunities to support Democratic candidates.
*Update *
*Treasurer's Report: *4,206.50 total, no transactions, no changes
*Fair Booth: *Had volunteers in the booth from 12 t0 8:00 each day of the
fair. Added 4 https://www.fairdistrictsohio.org/fairmapsday new email
addresses to our group. Engaged with children and adults as they played the
quiz, handed out Ohio Fun Fact Activity books and Pocket Constitutions. We
had a few signs for redistricting in Ohio that were handed out. The general
feeling is the fair is a good way to be seen in the community. Recommend
doing it again next year.
*Facebook: *Margaret Y. has tried to set a new page up and it was also shut
down. We might need to change the name. If anyone has any ideas, please let
us know.
*Highway Cleanup: *We will clean our section of Highway 39 on Saturday
October 2 at 8:00 am. Meet in front of 4 Seasons Landscaping, County Rd.

October 9-10, we will not participate in the parade this year.
