Ramona S. called the meeting to order.
Pledge of Allegiance—led by Ramona S.
Treasurer’s Report: Presented by Jim N.
Checking account: No donation at 6/6 meeting. Expenditures: Library rental
$50. New Balance as of 7/7—$4083.50
Savings account: Received 1 cent interest, Balance is $117.09
Mark S. moved to approve the treasurer’s report, Phil H. seconded, motion
passed.
Minutes of June 6th meeting—read by Margaret Y.
Jim N. moved to accept the minutes. Suzanne W. seconded, motion passed.
Old Business:
Ohio Democratic County Chairs Association—Phil, Greg, and Ramona will be
going to their meeting. We paid our dues and received a banner from them.
Solar Installation—No updates, waiting until after the fair.
Fair Committee—Wayne B., Greg S., Judy Y., and Ramona S. are getting ready
for the fair booth. They’ve made up a volunteer sign-up sheet. Mark S.
moved that we approve $200 for expenses related to running the fair booth.
Jim N. seconded and the motion passed.
New Business:
August 2nd Primary—discussed candidates and sample ballots.
HCDP Headquarters—we are investigating renting a storefront in Millersburg
in September & October to stay visible. Jim N. will negotiate with
potential landlords.
Passing the Hat:
Attendees contributed $194 today.
Adjournment—Mark S. moved to adjourn the meeting; Greg S. seconded. Motion
passed, meeting adjourned.
