[hipl-users] Where did dnshipproxy disappear to?

I did a total reinstall of the userspace hipl code.
It is behaving a little better, if I try hard enough I can get things to
work again (I have to restart network services it seems). But....
dnshipproxy is GONE!!!
After pulling down the tla archive for the userspace code I did:
./autogen.sh
./configure
make install
and no dnshipproxy. I don't see any other install instructions. It USE
to be there....
