So I terminated hipfw and hipd. Still no new IPv6 address.
So I switched back to lan1, restarted networking, saw the notebook
getting its IPv6 address for lan1, moved the cable to lan2, and
watched it pick up the address for lan2. This establishes that without
hipd, the RAs were being processed.
So where might the problem be? hipd blocking something? The changed
firewall rules (hipfw -Aidl) resulting in RAs being blocked (but this
should have been restored when I terminated hipfw).
