Dear professor,
I am a chinese student in Beijing Jaotong university in China.I am very
interested in the project of the hip,especially your work.So I pay my
attention to your work. When I download and install the software of the
hip--the edition 0.1.2 which you have finish in 20 Mar. 2005, I encounter
some problem.Would you please help me?
The problem I encountered are as follows:
1.There are three packages in the edition of 0.1.2.When I install the hipl
- -0.1.2(it failed),I find I don't use the package of hipl-tools-
0.1.2.tar.gz.So I want to know what is the function of the package of hipl
- -tools-0.1.2.tar.gz.
2.I follow the step that you write in doc/HOTO.txt to install the hipl-
0.1.2.When I compiles the kernel,I use the kernel "linux" in the document
of hipl-0.1.2. Why didn't I find the option "HIP debugging(NEW)" ? Does it
relate to the front step of "Building the HIPL Documentation"?
