I added some notes on packaging and how to use that to doc/HACKING (patch 
72).

The status of packaging stuff is in very experimental phase. I've just 
been learning how to create the RPM/Debian packages, so the packages 
created by the scripts might not be rock solid. This means that testing 
the packages in separate test servers instead of production servers might 
be a good idea. At least for me it seemed like the packages were installed 
fine and they even did something useful, so let's hope they work for other 
people, too.
