[hipl-users] Can I get all locators of responser in HIP?

hi, everyone.
Can I get all the locators of responser in base-exchange by using some
parameter? or in the update packets, or something like that?
As i know, host can offer its locators in Locator parameter, but that's on its
initiative. Can i call for this locator information?
