Summary:
Introduction of addr2ifindx() function in misc.c

Such a function will allow for retrieving the if_index from the local
address. At the moment such a function hasn't been fully tested and
it will be invoked in hip_handle_i2 for responder and possibly in hadb.c
for initiator (when resolver calls the hadb and set the proper
SPs)
