Hello Everyone,
Below please see an update (in emails below) on the dumpster and rat issue.
Trash:
The trash will be picked up today and the dumpster is being replaced.
Infestation:
All Good will be out on Monday morning at 8 am to inspect the rat issue in the
700 building. Brian from All Good suggested anyone else having issue be there
at that time to discuss the issues and remedies. His contact information is
below in the event you need it.
Flooding:
It looks like the city of Atlanta cleaned out the lines as that's what caused
the flooding in the 100 building. Kwanza Hall can be contacted to determine
how the city can address any internal damage (his information can be googled).
The gutters have also been fixed. If anyone sees any issues please let Dennis
know. His information is below.
Suspicious Activity:
If anyone ever sees suspicious activity it's greatly appreciated that you send
emails to the community. As an additional precaution please contact the police
if you feel uncomfortable.

Dennis, wanted to give you a update- spoke with mrs Harlow tardy, I have it
on the schedule Monday morning 8am to inspect the entire bldg for the rodent
