The virtual meeting will take place via Ring Central which is very similar to
Zoom.  The information is included in the Annual Meeting Notice.

Hi Bill,

CMA sent an email to homeowners on October 14th mentioning the date and time
and that an official notice will be sent via mail shortly.  I haven’t checked
my mail as I rarely get anything.  Please note those emails are sent to
homeowner’s individual emails, not this distribution list. The October 14th
email also mentioned a Zoom link will be sent, which will also be to individual
emails.

If you didn’t receive the CMA email let the board know. The board email is also
copied in case any homeowner did not receive the email.
