So far, we've received general window replacement quotes from two
different companies. For a two bedroom unit, the cost averaged $26-27k
for fiberglass windows and $15k for vinyl windows. It's unclear if
these prices are before or after discounts.
After receiving the quotes, the decision was made to get two additional
quotes. The logic is that it is a large expense for homeowners, and we
want to make a more informed decision. Perhaps a better value can be
found.
