I don't think unit 1006 is in the email also he always had the lock box on
his door for almost 3 years now..

HOA Board, is there anything in the bylaws that prevent someone from
housing a bunch of homeless people in their unit? Particular those who are
known to be very violent and verbally threatening? We've been trying to

right in. Also, why is there a key box on unit 1006? Do we know that the
owner is occupying this unit or do we have some squatters? Immediate action

The cops were called this morning regarding that unit. There's been a lot
of suspicious activity there over the past week. I don't know any of the
details but there have been some very strange folks standing around that
unit for long periods of time.
The cop that just went there now didn't seem to find an issue as he shook
the hand of the gentleman who opened the door as he left the unit.
