The Board had previously discussed changing the pedestrian gate code.
Prior to changing the code, all homeowners or tenants were supposed to
receive a letter with the new code.
I was out of town last week, and I still need to read through the emails
documenting what happened, but to make a long story short, the gate code
was changed without letters being sent. We specifically didn't want to
publish the new code via the email list for security reasons.
Since this is an emergency situation, the new gate code (to my
knowledge) is 1226 and the old code was 1906.
We plan to change the gate code again in the very near future. Prior to
doing so, we will send letters to all homeowners or tenants with the new
code. Approximately two weeks after the letters are sent, the old code
will be disabled.
