It’s been escalated again. When it was escalated last week the post
office added more personnel to their reply to assist in correcting the
issue. They asked that we continue to communicate until it’s corrected.
We’ll see what their game plan is today and go from there. Thanks for

Dan, as previously mentioned, the person who handles the locks is out on
leave. We are still waiting on their replacement which is challenging
during the pandemic that we’re in. I appreciate your patience.
