We are moving forward with the sealcoat project on Monday, weather
permitting. Workers will be onsite from 8:30AM - 6PM. Cars need to be
removed from guest parking spaces by 9AM. Oversized vehicles in driveways
will also need to be moved by 9AM if they cover the cement strip between
the pavement and driveway. If you plan to drive on Monday, please move
your vehicle outside of the gate by 9AM.
As a reminder, it is very important not to walk or drive on uncured
sealcoat, or it will be damaged and you will get your shoes dirty.
Everyone should still be able to walk to and from their unit by walking on
the cement curbs/strips located along the perimeter of the pavement.
The attached notices will be placed on unit doors at least 48 hours before
the project, but they are attached here for your convenience.
