I have been tasked with conducting a rental audit for our community and am
soliciting building leaders to assist in tracking current rental units and
compiling an up to date rental list. As most of you know we have a cap on
rentals in our community and this cap directly impacts our insurance costs as
well as our attractiveness to home lenders and home buyers. Please send me a

this endeavor indicating your unit and building number. I would like to
organize a committee meeting within the next couple weeks.
