Greetings.
Thanks to the Board and Clara for implementing the attractive landscaping at
the entrance to our complex. Great curb appeal.
What is unappealing and has reached critical mass is the amount of pet waste
scattered about the inside of the complex, including sidewalks. Not only is it
unattractive, it attracts rats and is a mess when you step in it.
Please spread the word to your pet-owning neighbors, who may not be on the
listserve, that responsible pet owners and considerate neighbors pickup after
their pets. Unfortunately, we don’t have the luxury of a valet to do daily
pickup; perhaps the cost of a pet waste removal service could be incorporated
into the HOA fee for 2020.
