[highland-discuss] Possible Water Outage - Final Update

Hi everyone,

The repair work commenced yesterday at 3PM.  So far, everything is
stable, and there is no impact to our community.  Please keep in mind
that the work will continue through Friday, so there is still a
possibility of a water outage until then.  Unless anything significant
changes, this will be the final update on this topic.
