We covered this topic in the recent meeting. They are exterminating
every other week. We know that the rat population is not zero, but it
is under control.
The new trash compactor, which will be installed in 2-3 months, will
have a chute lock. If the dumpster is not in the unit, then it will not
be possible to deposit trash. Today, it is possible that trash ends up
under the dumpster, where it remains indefinitely.
We are increasing the recycling pickup frequency to weekly on Thursdays.
We are changing the junk pickup schedule to the first and third Tuesdays
of each month.
We will be replacing signage in the neighborhood. This includes the
instructional signage at the dumpster.
