Greetings,
The current status and result of exterminating our rodent problem is a
dramatic improvement over a few weeks ago. The caution tape has been removed
from the compactor area and the rats are no longer visibly running around.
The poison and chemicals used early on, are not required at this point. The
exterminator is monitoring the activity. Bait stations are still around but
very well hidden please continue to keep your pets on a leash. Also dog
owners please clean-up after your pets. I am stepping over dog excrement in
my driveway, there has to be some mutual respect here.
Additionally we need everyone's cooperation to help maintain the recycling
and compactor area. Someone tossed a fossilized Xmas tree in white bag right
on the ground. It could have been just as easily thrown in the compactor and
crushed. Everything we do in our common areas directly contributes to our
past problem and quality of life. If we can be respectful of each other and
the property we all share collectively. The improvements everyone wants to
see will happen pretty fast.
