In my opinion, the circumstances also indicate that it's an inside job in which
someone is continuously watching and present to take advantage of opportunities
in such a short time period.
By the way, did we ever identify the residence of the teens who were smoking
marijuana by the front gate?

Subject: [highland-discuss] New event tonight
Tonight between 10:00 and 10:30pm someone went through my car. My girlfriend
was using my car. She parked in my driveway went inside and was there a maximum
of 30 minutes. When she got back in the car it was obvious that someone had
gone through it. She did leave the car unlocked. That was unfortunate and I
emphasize the importance of always locking car and condo doors. It just seems
very bold that this was done so early in the evening and in such a short time
frame. Neighbors please let me know if anyone saw anything. I'm in unit 306.
