Happy Tuesday!
For whoever is smoking cigarettes in the garage because of the rain.. the
smell travels throughout the row of town homes. Normally to each your own
but for those of us with bedrooms on that level.. the smell of wet
cigarettes is pretty disgusting.
Please stop.

Hi everyone,
I'm posting this as a resident of our community.
I'm sure everyone is aware that Hurricane Irma is currently in Florida
and is heading our direction. Tomorrow (Monday), we can expect around 5
inches of rain, which could cause potential flooding. The forecast also
calls for wind gusts between 55-65mph after 2PM, which could cause power
outages and downed trees. We can expect sustained 45mph winds. We
should also be aware of the threat of isolated tornadoes.
Here are some tips on what you can do to stay safe:
- Check weather forecasts to stay up to date
- Have ready-to-eat food that does not require heating in case of power
outage
- Today, look for any loose debris, cardboard, trash, etc. near your
unit and dispose of it
- Today, bring outdoor furniture, especially umbrellas and lighter
chairs, indoors
- There is no guarantee that recyclables will be picked up tomorrow.
Place all recyclables in the bins and make sure the lids close. If
everything is full, keep recyclables at home until Tuesday afternoon, or
throw them in the dumpster.
- Do not place any junk near recycling area until Tuesday evening at the
earliest
- After the storm, inspect your unit/building for damage and report it
to the Board by Wednesday
