has been living for the past 2 years. The rents were starting to creep up and
we love this condo complex.
My wife Kavita was at UGA for 26 years and is now with GSU - a 15 minute walk
from the condos. I still live in Athens mostly but visit every week and vice
verca. Dont be bashful and come by and say hello if you see a car in Unit 913
driveway.

We have been fortunate to purchase Unit 913 and are moving in tomorrow
sometimes between about noon and 3. It will be a small 15' UHaul truck and I
apologize for any inconvenience it may cause you coming out of your driveway
and trying to exit the premises. I dont believe that the actual unloading will
take more than an hour.
