Merry Christmas to all our Highland View residents.
I would like to express our sincere appreciation for each of you for making
this such a good community to live in. There are times when we dont feel so
with the issues with trash pickup, maintenance issues and often loud
neighbors. Thank you for your patience and working through it. It is each of
you who do your part and make it such a desirable place. We have an
incredible location and once the market picks up, our property values should
go even higher with the prevailing low interest rates.
The Board is working with the Management Company to address all issues in a
timely way. On a personal note, I have recently joined the Board and can
attest that you have had very caring Board members. A shout out to Mike in
Unit 919 who reached out in the compacter and dislodged a box that had been
thrown in. Our Board Chair Kelli has spent over 20 hours in the last 10 days
to deal with several urgent issues that came up. She has been selfless in her
dedication to the community. As new projects come up, we shall reach out to
you to see if you can join our efforts. Each of us have a stake in our
community and I know some of you have skills and experiences that could
benefit us.
