We've had 14 neighbors sign up for this mailing list since October 24th.
Seems like the mailbox issue is the driver of that.
At the current time, mail is being delivered to the mailboxes. Later
this week, the goal is to suspend mail delivery and remove all mail from
the old mailboxes. I will send an email either tomorrow or Wednesday
with a more specific update.
Thanks,
Alex

Hi Sedona & Steve,
I've gone to get my mail from the 400 Pryor Street location with success.
Are you on the correct email lists? It's been mentioned multiple times over
our neighborhood email lists since the end of October, wondering if you're on
the right lists? You may like to check with Clara to be sure you are.
Best wishes,
Shelley

The email from CMA said that the mail is being held at the USPS on Piedmont,
but I just went to that office and they told me it's actually the USPS on
Pryor St. Not sure if anyone else can confirm?

Hi everyone,
The HOA has just been informed that the post office will resume mail delivery
on Wednesday 11/13. While the mail carrier is not comfortable delivering
mail to our mailboxes, the postal inspector has decided that mail delivery
will resume.
I would also like to use this opportunity to provide everyone with an updated
timeline of the mailbox replacement project. This is the timeline that we
have from the information that we know today. It is subject to change if the
intermediate steps don't get completed on time.
11/11 - 11/15: Waiting on quotes for framing and stucco work / Make a
decision on vendor / Schedule work for week of 11/25
11/18 - 11/22: Postal Service to halt mail delivery, remove master locks and
any remaining mail / Old Mailboxes Removed
11/25 - 11/29: Framing and Stucco work (this could possibly run into the next
week)
11/29: New mailboxes expected to arrive at Onsight warehouse in Atlanta
12/02: Earliest possible install date for new mailboxes
12/02 - 12/06: New mailboxes ready for installation / Postal Service to add
master locks / Key distribution
12/09 - 12/16: Mail delivery to resume sometime during this period / Key
distribution
Thanks,
Alex
