My advice would be to take your stuff out of your car and leave your doors
unlocked. I have lived in this neighborhood now for 17 years and replaced four
car windows, because my doors were locked, at $150 - $350 a pop. We have left
ours unlocked for the last six years and have been much happier with only
losing loose change now and then as opposed to replacing windows.
