Hello Brenda and Highland Board Members,
This past spring/summer some new flowers and shrubs were placed in some areas
inside and out front of the community which look really nice. However, we have
some areas where nothing has been done. Attached are some images taking today.
I've noticed some tall vines and shrubs that if trimmed back would make our
community look more appealing. I haven't seen the landscapers around in a
while. Will they be coming back any time soon to trim them back and install
more mulch/pine straw?
Also, around the back side of building 4 and 5, facing Jackson street is
starting to look like a jungle. I thought landscapes used to trim that area as
well. Is that something that we can get trimmed back before it gets too out of
hand?
The areas where no new plants were installed are bare and don't look very nice.
Here is a website that has some mulch for a good price if we are still looking
for more to fill in the remaining areas.

Please let me know when you think we can get these landscaping items completed.
Thanks,
Lisa Bird
