The board discussed pretreating our roads with salt next time we have inclement
weather. CMA has researched quotes for us so we plan to be better prepared next
time.

The initially payout was $1500 and CMA got it up to $2,250.

Filming for the movie Super Fly, a Sony Picture, will take place on the
Jackson Street bridge between Wednesday and Saturday. During this
period, the film crew has leased the guest parking space near the 500
building to place a quiet generator. Film crew will be on site to move
the generator in case it is necessary. We expect any impact to our
neighborhood to be minimal, and no driveways should be blocked.
