Hi everyone,

There is a place about 3 miles from our neighborhood, where we can
recycle items that I didn't think could be recycled.  It's called
CHaRM-- Center for Hard to Recycle Materials.  They have a 3 minute
video on their website.  You'll need to sort your recyclable materials
and put them into the appropriate bins.

What do they recycle?

Mattresses
Textiles/fabrics (no carpets)

Thermometers
Smoke Detectors
Fluorescent Bulbs
CFL Bulbs
Tires (this is probably where those illegally dumped tires went)
Cooking Grease

Check the website, since some of these items require a nominal fee.

Take packing peanuts to the UPS store and plastic/wire hangers to dry
cleaners.
No PVC pipes, scrap wood, carpet, or building materials accepted.

Thanks,
Alex
