Is there anyway we can get a run-down of how it was or specific problem
areas. Would love to know whether certain buildings were actually okay,

Dear Residents,
We are trying to schedule a company to start cleaning the gutters. We
have contacted a couple of them and they are booked until April. We are
awaiting to hear from one more. This should have been on schedule every
year. Due to change of property manager and the new Board, something fell
through the cracks and now we are scampering to find one who may be able to
perform the task sooner.
The Board is very concerned about the leaks that has been detected in a
few units. As soon as the gutters are cleaned, we will determine if it is
due to structural issues or overflowing gutters or some other issue. No
resident should have had to deal with leaking roofs. I promise you that
your Board is spending hours every day working on several issues that have
come up recently - valve replacements, storm basin near the compactor, gate
repairs, landscaping, fence repair, drainage issues, roof repairs and a few
minor ones. This does not negate the need to address any issues with
regards to water coming into your units. We are working with CMA to address
them all.

unit as soon as the gutter cleaning has been conducted.
