Silver honda in guest parking I am calling for a tow truck. You need to park
outside or in your driveway.

If they are parking overnight on a daily basis, that is not the intention for
the guest parking.
We don't have a parking task force, we generally try to be considerate of
each other. Typically it takes someone calling because a vehicle has been
parked in a spot for a couple of days.

Why wouldn't a stay-over boyfriend/girlfriend be a guest? That's no
different from anyone else spending the night (friend, family member, etc).
They're allowed to park overnight, right?
As long as you aren't living here, you're a guest.

Kai,
The guest parking spots are intended for guests only. All homeowner's have
both a garage and driveway to park their vehicles. If your neighbors are
parking in a guest space (of which we only have 7), they are subject to
towing. Generally, we try to leave a warning sticker on the first offense,
but will tow after that. Roommates and stay over boyfriends/girlfriends
are not considered guests.

Hi,
I had a question guest parking. What are the rules around it? I received a
notice the other day for leaving my car there, and next time it would be
towed. However, I've seen several other residents park in guest parking
for hours at a time, if not days and just wanted to know what the rules
around it were.
Thanks
Kai
