Hi all -
Had an HVAC guy out to our place today and while he was servicing our unit,
someone apparently stole some cones off of his truck(while parked within the
gates). A PSA to make sure to remove all valuables from your vehicle when you
leave it parked outside.

Hi Shelley,
Hilliard St is a public street, and I think ATLPlus monitors it from time to
time. They use a license plate reader and cross reference the plates against
vehicles with known parking tickets. My understanding is that vehicles with
three or more unpaid tickets get booted. While the vehicle might not have
been illegally parked at that exact moment, they were booted for unpaid
tickets. In addition, they may also be checking for other violations, such
as being parked against the flow of traffic (wrong side of street) or being
in a tow zone / blocking the fire hydrant.
Thanks,
Alex

Greetings,
Thank you to the neighbor who reported the details last week about the
(Extremely reckless!) driver who busted the gate arm.
Thanks also to whoever was/were responsible for putting the arm of the gate
back together so swiftly.
A couple of days ago, I saw a white sedan (Lexus?) parked outside the gate
on Hilliard, and it was booted.
Does anyone know who/what company is booting there?
And why the car was booted? Maybe because it was parked overnight?
Asking because sometimes my guests say they park there.
Thanks for any insights,
Best wishes,
Shelley
