Yes my parents vehicle suffered significant damage from the gate closing on the
car. I would like to see if there’s something that can be done to get repairs
paid for by the HOA. Seeing as though that was not properly repaired and is now
causing damage to vehicles as they enter the complex. This is extremely
upsetting and disheartening as my parents are elderly and now they are
distraught about what happened to their car.

Agreed. I barely got through last time. I also noticed the gate swings a lot
faster before a vehicle goes through. What happens when our vehicle gets
damaged because the gate closed in as we go through? Who do we address about
the damage repairs?
Thanks

As of this morning around 10:15am the entrance gate was not working properly.
The gate opens fully then that one arm raises but as the arm raises the gates
begin to close. This caused significant damage to my parents vehicle.
If the gate is not working properly then it needs to be fixed immediately. Not
sure who needs to be contacted for repairs.

There’s a strange guy walking around the complex carrying a stick. I called the
police. Just be on the lookout.
