Agreed. I barely got through last time. I also noticed the gate swings a
lot faster before a vehicle goes through. What happens when our vehicle
gets damaged because the gate closed in as we go through? Who do we address
about the damage repairs?

As of this morning around 10:15am the entrance gate was not working
properly. The gate opens fully then that one arm raises but as the arm
raises the gates begin to close. This caused significant damage to my
parents vehicle.
If the gate is not working properly then it needs to be fixed immediately.
Not sure who needs to be contacted for repairs.
