Please see attached Bid/contract for the Pest Control - $190/mo. We currently
pay Covenant $214/mo. I think you verbally approved at the Board meeting but
just wanted to confirm. Upon approval, I will send a termination notice to
Covenant Pest Control. I can have Team Pest start Jan 1st.
