The Board wanted to wait and see whether it would be cheaper to repair
as needed vs having a maintenance agreement. At the last meeting, the
Board was in agreement that it would be cheaper to have a maintenance
agreement. We hope to enter into an agreement by the end of the month.
In the meantime, we'll have to pay for the upcoming repair.

Just had to reset exit gate again.. Gates open, then start closing a
little bit and stop. Arms never open.. I have opened gates and arms and
left it in open position until repaired.
