Hi everyone,
We had an eviction take place in the neighborhood this morning. You
might see a lot of junk located outside of the unit. A dumpster will be
delivered tomorrow morning for the purpose of removing the junk. The
dumpster is expected to be in place for approximately 4 hours.
The delivery and removal of the dumpster is not being handled by the
HOA. If your unit is located near the junk, I would recommend that you
move your vehicles away from your unit prior to 8AM. There is a
possibility that the dumpster could block access to some driveways.
