Hi Neighbors,
The dumpster is now working. Thanks to everyone for their patience. As
a reminder furniture, TVs, and appliances should not be thrown in the
dumpster. Furniture can be donated to Goodwill and as Ken stated
electronics can be given to Keep Atlanta Beautiful
(http://www.keepatlantabeautiful.org/community-recycling-centers/).
All boxes must also be broken down. Based on discussions with the
recylcing company the recyle bins that say "plastic only" do take
glass. Rat poison has was also placed at the dumpster for those who
did not know what those black boxes were.
The next board meeting is tentatively set for Thursday, September 17th
@ 7pm. We will confirm the date.
Attached please find all the meeting minutes from this year as well as
emails regarding updates in the community and the rules and fine that
were sent out with the January minutes.
