Hello Joseph,
Thanks for commenting we do need everyone's help and participation to
eradicate the problem. To give everyone an up-date the board is working with
the management company (CMA) to correct the collection, odor and lastly the
rodents. To accomplish this we need eliminate the food source so please if
you see bags on the ground don't pile yours on top. I can promise you the
garbage has been seen and someone is working on it. As in yesterday for
example took a few hours but we got it cleaned up. This problem is our top
priority and some of us are working on it as I am writing this. Again we
appreciate your involvement it's the only way to maintain the quality of
life being proactive in the community.

For those of you who do not know how to take out the trash. You Need to toss
the trash bag or what-ever your throwing out (not furniture) ALL THE WAY to
the back if the shoot. And then PUSH THE COMPACTER BUTTON (the black button)
so all the rubbish is in the dumpster not on the shoot. That way the next
person doesn't have to push your garbage in for you. Lets stop feeding the
rats that are living here!
