Area in front a dumpster is cleaned up and moved to the open top outside the
gate.
I put a SIGN on the dumpster door letting residents know the dumpster is out of
order and to put trash in open top outside and NOT to put trash on the ground.
Seems like the board would have put a sign up yesterday evening to let
residents know!

All,
We are getting complaints that residents are leaving their trash bags in front
of the compactor, which is broken. This is just begging the rats to come back.
If anyone is home today and would be willing to move the trash to the dumpster
(which is outside of the neighborhood), it would be much appreciated. Otherwise
this will have to wait until this evening.
Residents, if you see someone leaving their trash in front of the compactor,
please stop and inform them the dumpster is outside neighborhood.
