The rubber flange is clear (see the attached photo). I am thinking we need to
hit it with some black/green spray paint so we stop more complaints from those
saying it is not there (thoughts?). I will check on the painting of the chute.
I don't recall the previous chute being painted at least not on the inside.

1) I don't see where a rubber flange was installed as previously mentioned.
Several inches of daylight between dumpster and chute, where presumably a
flange would go. Does not help with rodent issue and loose trash making its way
outside the chute/dumpster.
2) Also - was the chute ever painted? It hardly looks like it, and if not,
should have been done before the first trash was ever tossed into it last month.
