the walls, replace the clubroom furniture, and replace the roof, gutters,
and downspouts. The pool gate should be repaired. The pool cover should
be replaced, and the fence should be repaired and painted. We should also
inventory existing pool furniture and replace it if necessary.
*Improvement Items (our ideas)*
Automated Sensor Light Switches - Add to fitness room and kitchen -
lowers electric bill
Light bulbs - Replace with LED bulbs - lowers electric bill
WiFi - Add WiFi to the clubhouse and pool area - expected amenity (modern
WiFi wasn't around 20 years ago)
TV - Mount a larger TV to the wall of the clubroom. This improves
rentability of the room and allows for easier presentations
Key Pad - Add a key pad to the clubroom door, so that renters can be
given the code instead of having to coordinate a key exchange
Card Reader - Add a card reader to the southern pool gate, so that the
pool is more accessible
If you have any suggestions for maintenance items or improvements, please
share your ideas. The Board will be finalizing the project scope within a
week.
