Please not my plumber confirmed the valve for building 100 is faulty. He 
explained that this was the case across the community and that's why we all 
have water off when one unit has a plumbing issue. This was a Zurn contractor 
btw.

the buildings have one, most are very much hidden by landscaping and hard to 
access:

Location of shut off valve's:
Bldg. 100: In driveway between 101 & 102 (Gate Valve)
Bldg. 200: Front of 202 under large bush near patio (Gate Valve)
Bldg. 300: Front of 302 under tree, no access to valve (Gate Valve)
Bldg. 400: Outside of patio between 405 & 406 (Gate Valve)
Bldg. 500: Outside of patio between 503 & 504 (Gate Valve)
Bldg. 600: Outside of patio between 603 & 604 (Gate Valve)
Bldg. 700: Outside of patio front of 708 (Ball Valve)
Bldg. 800: Outside of patio between 803 & 804, lots of roots around box(Gate 
Valve)
Bldg. 900: Front of 901, straight from the door (Gate Valve)
Bldg. 1000: In driveway between 1003 & 1004 (Ball Valve)
Clubhouse: Entrance side, 3' from sidewalk toward mailboxes.
