Hello All,
Thanks for the reminder and hopefully this meeting will allow an open
session for owners to address any outstanding concerns, there seems to be a
few. Personally I hope the president can give a quick understanding of the
budget, projects and how the board is following our reserve study schedule
performing a physical analysis of common area major components. One owner
shared their home being removed from the market due to the unsightly
conditions here and rodents seen by prospective buyers. With my direct
involvement in the rodent and trash area cleanup. I was stunned when told
by the contractors cleaning and power washing the pit, this had never been
done before, the pictures I took proves they were right.
Lastly I am sorry to say to the community I resigned as Treasurer from the
board. After being told the Treasurer should not contact or ask for expenses
directly from Dennis or CMA. Pardon my ignorance, but can it be explained to
the community at large the functions of our board positions so anyone else
volunteering will understand the restrictions.

Hi Neighbors!
This is another reminder about the board meeting on Monday, July 10th at
6:30pm in the clubhouse. Also, attached you'll find the June financials.
Please note that a few weeks ago useful information was posted on the wall
in the mailbox area. There's pertinent portions of the bylaws, instructions
on the dumpster such as, but not limited to, what can be put in that area
and pressing the buttons, Dennis' contact information, meeting minutes and
more.
