Good afternoon neighbors,
The Board regrets to inform the community that after much pleading, we have
still been unable to get service on the dumpster latch. After speaking
with Dennis again this morning, we are researching the use of another
company to get this work done ASAP.
With that said, if you have visited the compactor lately you will notice
that it is now to capacity. We kindly ask that residents not dump anymore
trash in the dumpster until we can get it emptied. CMA informed us that
pickup should occur on Friday however we are urging them to get someone out
sooner. Until we can get this worked out, please refrain from dumping more
trash into the compactor. If you can please hold your trash for just a few
days and/or dispose of it elsewhere, it would be greatly appreciated. We
apologize for this temporary inconvenience.
