Alex,
Are you taking a look at 1014 and his mercedes in guest parking? He has
parked in the space by the 700 building consistently for nearly a week or
so, maybe more. He appears to have a guest staying with him that is parked
in his driveway in the meantime. Dont know your rules well enough to
determine whether he is in violation yet but I have noticed the car in guest
parking a while.
